Seen this brother driving in mid may 2017. Very sensible and was always giving way to oncoming vehicle.

Idiot driver driving recklessly on A47 dual carriageway between Hopton and Gorleston on sea. Ignoring the lane closure signs. Swerving in and out of other drivers. He used rude hand gestures and swore. he cut other drivers up as his lane closed and he swung into the other lane cutting up two other drivers. He nearly hit the car in front and nearly took off the wing of the car he swerved in front of. Not only that, he only had the rear left brake light working. His right rear brake light was not working at all. Surely that is an offence in its own right? he will cause a nasty accident someday
