What a complete numpty. He did 2 good blind spot checks on the slip road before pulling in front and braking for no visible reason. My cruise control was set to 60mph and he caused me to slow down to 42mph. If he didn't slow down it would have been ok. I was unable to move to the right lane at any time as there other cars in that lane.

Prolific text driver. Was seen continuously looking down texting and only looking up occasionally. No awareness or planing for the traffic ahead. Didn't even notice we were taking the Micky by pretending to text with both thumbs as he was too busy looking down. (Photo taken by passenger)
