What a complete numpty. He did 2 good blind spot checks on the slip road before pulling in front and braking for no visible reason. My cruise control was set to 60mph and he caused me to slow down to 42mph. If he didn't slow down it would have been ok. I was unable to move to the right lane at any time as there other cars in that lane.

Not all disabilities are visable, accused a man of parking in a disabled bay illegally when in fact they were parked correctly with a badge.
