Elderly male taxi driver waits for customers in a disabled parking bay of which there were only two bays and the other one was occupied. If a disabled person needed to park there he would have denied them their right because of this.
I am normally with a friend who has a blue badge and if he was with me I would have asked the taxi driver to move. If the driver refused to move, I would have blocked him in.

Idiot overtaking on the wrong side of the road with a pelican crossing between him and the other vehicle going over the 20mph speed limit - so impatient with pedestrians put in danger.
