Simpleton blocked traffic in both directions on a London road for five minutes whilst unloading. Dimwit refused to move even though it was pointed out he was backing up traffic onto adjoining roads. Spanner was using his magic park-anywhere lights which he viewed as indemnifying himself of any responsibility.

Drives like an idiot cutting in front suddenly and very close to forcing me into the back of his van . When I pulled alongside him he had a big grin on his face confirming his intentions were only to cause trouble or possibly attempting to cause a collision for insurance purposes. Avoid at all cost

Parked partially in the road, on a turn, on double yellow lines resulting in several cars having a hard time going around into the culdesac beyond without crossing to the oncoming side, and cars coming from the culdesac having zero visibility of oncoming cars on the main road when leaving.
