5 year old car matched by the 5 year old mentality of the driver.
You may come across this vehicle in the vale of Aylesbury playing it's silly game of "let's catch up with the driver in front" not having the brain capacity to understand that if the driver in front is doing the speed limit, and you close half a mile on him, you're quite clearly and very obviously totally disregarding and exceeding the road's legal limit.
But then it's so often those with a small old cheap car that feel they have the most to prove, and this driver is no exception. Mentally subnormal.
