So Mr Chubby, Being abusive to a nice OAP whom kindly asked you to turn you engine off, rather than running it for 5 minutes whilst parked, means that you can be abusive to him and the cyclists around you?

Stays in lane just a little too long to piss you off, goes a little to slow, to piss you off. Plain passive aggressive. Quite hard and dangerous to follow
