Very dangerous driver in the streets of windsor, speeding, nearly caused loads of accidents, i was walking my dog near tesco and he whizzed by probaly 50mph, nearly killed my dog!
Almost clipped him as he ran a ref light at hawhurst cross raods he had no clue I was there. Only one working brake light. And a huge illegal smash on his windscreen.
