Caused they were undertaking (which was in the 2nd lane) to perform a harsh emergency break.

Jumped a >30min petrol queue by pulling in from a side road. Unrepentant when confronted by people who had been waiting in the queue, and was then abusive to the poor petrol station staff.

On approach to traffic lights, heavy traffic. Van driver decides to drive towards oncoming traffic and attempt to turn right. Then gets blocked off by bus turning right. Could have had 30 seconds more patience.
