This car is regularly parked in the city centre of liverpool approx' 10 yards from the main front doors of The Midland pub facing the Central Train Station and is has recently and (regularly) currently driven by a swaggering 'thinks it's hard' bouncer who works (?) on the door of the so-called irish bar called: 'Lanigans'. He likes to argue and is a bully. Known for a fact to have punched women and old men who can't fight back! 'Thinks' he's ten men.

I get that they damaged his car, but why do you need to know why they were in the village? It's not illegal to park outside someone's house, unless it's blocking a dropped pavement or entrance to property.

Horrendous drive, no consideration for other drivers or pedestrians. Speeds of up to 50mph directly back local school. Reving her engine to high heaven, scaring the kids.
