One particular Delivery Driver speeds down our little one-track lane We live in a block of flats for the elderly. Some have hearing and mobility issues. There is a 5mph speed restriction in the lane. An elderly resident pointed out the 5mph sign. Driver shouted abuse at the resident “I wasn’t speeding. You wanna check your radar” left his van window open, loud music playing, slammed front door of building on way in and way out.
