“Elite Roofing” van just backed into and physically moved a parked vehicle when trying to manoeuvre out of a junction.
Then just drove off.

The idiot driving this yellow Lamborghini decided to show off his arrogance by driving dangerously and speeding around 60 mph on a 20 mph road. The reason the speed limit was dropped to 20 mph was due to various accidents caused by speeding drivers. It was on Drews Lane in Ward End, Birmingham, B8 area. This driver is an accident waiting to happen, I just hope he does not kill anyone in the process.
