This officer left Maghull police station at approximately 10:10am, he then proceeded north bound on East Way, instantly reaching speeds of over 60mph and passed me (40zone). He then proceeded to swerve in and out of traffic whilst still maintaining speeds of over 60mph. I then caught up at the next set of traffic lights only to then realise he is also on his phone whilst still rolling towards lights, causing the cars he's just undertaken to do slow right and down crawl towards to lights also.
There's making progress and then there's completely and utterly stupidity. This officer is VERY lucky I didn't have my dash cam as I'd no doubt be following this up.
