Driving without due care and attention - weaving in and out of traffic at speeds well above road conditions (wet) and the speed limit. Tail gating and turning without any indication or warning. Spoke to the driver who was extremely aggressive - should be banned from the road. Possible drink driver - his face was very red. Perhaps he has little man syndrome driving his leased 17 plate??
