Decides your to blame for his bad driving, ends up chasing you until he gets the chance to Ram his victim, then when you get out of the vehicle he's known to assault you with strangle/punch, etc dangerous man looks like he's on steroids

This car backed into my motorbike which was parked in a motorcycle parking bay, knocking it over and breaking off the clutch lever rendering the bike unridable. She drove off without stopping, however two witnesses caught her reg number and have reported her to the police for failing to report an accident.
