I'm guessing he's a minicab or Uber driver -- he'd tooted his horn impatiently in traffic around the Aldwych, then as I looked in the direction of the car as I crossed the road in the traffic he give me the finger, then again as I looked back surprised, and then a third time as he pulled away. Must have been having a bad morning.

Clever person nearly causes head on a mile or so back up the road. They then decide to overtake me at a bad junction, I wasnt driving slow so no reason to overtake me.
