Often drives way too fast down narrow residential streets with loads of kids and parked cars. Drives while smoking drugs and hurling abuse at passing cyclists "why are you huffing and puffing you c@*t" etc

Around 8:50am 6/11/17 this helmet decides that it’s sound to push through the middle of a two lane give way with traffic waiting in both lanes. Forced them all to move over and then darts out in front of me when he should have given away, then decides to carry on doing it right the way through to the traffic lights... then STOPS!! When the traffic lights go he decides to do one more last squeeze through in to the lane turning left and then resume to normal driving!
This happened on the round about at the end of muirhead road filtering on to West Derby Road Liverpool. Then squeezed on to Green Lane.
You’re an idiot! Your car looks ridiculous, what are you trying to achieve, stealth mode? Or an extended BHP rating because you have black everything including wind deflectors?

Spotted on the M62 driving like an absolute c**k. Swaying all over the lane, appeared to be on his phone whilst tailgating to try and push other road users out the way.
Looked like a 12 year old when he eventually passed, but had obviously forgot his booster seat!
