Just a very poor standard of driving. Constantly in the wrong lane, then finding themselves forcing their way into traffic.

Not a very confident driver, wouldn't drive too close to him, I feel like he kept mistaking his accelerator pedal with the brake pedal and then proceed to go at 30 miles an hour with hazards on, and then just speed up to 70. 2/10 driving.
