Unsafe driver overtook us while we trying to go around another vehicle. If we hadn't stopped as they went past it would've been a collision!

This driver believes its all Ok to park in my wife's resident's disabled bay for the past week.

I just wanted to help out really. You need to get in touch with Mercedes and use the warranty before handing this car over to the lease company (maybe they can deal with the problem actually). Your indicators are not working at all.
