Saw this absolutely ignorant, obnoxious, or brain-dead "driver" on the A34/M27 westbound. They kept slowing down/speeding up, used all the lanes at once on the A34/M27 junction, all because they were too busy watching TV on their fancy cars dashboard.... Hopefully this Darwin award hopeful doesn't kill anyone else

This driver should not be on the road, cut across two lanes and nearly took out the front of my car with 4 passengers in it. Then proceeded to drive agressively and make threatending gestures.Dashcam footage has been passed to the police.

I'm the driver of this vehicle. I'm a massive twat. Don't know how to drive unfortunately. I also enjoy causing accidents and I own the road.
