This guy is a maniac - weaving between the lanes and then tries to drive into me when merging in Sudbury. Absolute prat & yes, he is driving a clapped out micra with a Herbie livery - it has his IQ on the side of the car.

Apparently the driver complaining was reversing onto a main road from his driveway. His actions caused the white van to stop. The car then proceeded along the road at a very slow speed 5-10mph. The white van overtook the car while staying safely under the speed limit of 30mph. There were no school children in the area at all. It is not a main stream school.
