Total arrogant c()t pulled out from line of cars turning right onto Northumberland Ave in order to jump the queue, then stopped in the lane for straight on, indicating right on Embankment, blocking the junction for all the millions of cars behind me who had a green light to go straight on. One of the busiest road in London.

Total idiot. Nearly caused a head on crash today overtaking me in the dark on a corner. In anfield and had to brake hard to let him in before he took out either me or the car coming the other way. I have video evidence of this but not sure how to report it. Any ideas welcome.? He got dark hair and looks about 25
