The jungle bunny in the back wasn't attempting to litter. He was threatening the rider by pretending to carry out an acid attack.

Total idiot. Nearly caused a head on crash today overtaking me in the dark on a corner. In anfield and had to brake hard to let him in before he took out either me or the car coming the other way. I have video evidence of this but not sure how to report it. Any ideas welcome.? He got dark hair and looks about 25
