Black Mercedes bumped back of my car when waiting at traffic lights at junction of Hawks Road in Kingston upon Thames. When I got out to look at the damage (fortunately negligible), female driver looked at me sheepishly, male passenger waived me away shaking his head, as if nothing had happened.

this driver was in the Marlborough area obviously been drink as was swerving all over the place and driving through puddles to get people wet..........dreadful
