Rampant tailgating, can't even see his tyres in my rear mirror at 40mph which shows how close he is. Continued until merging onto A64 heading west on A58(M) before overtaking and ignoring the 30mph markers. Serial offender as well - has done this to me and others on previous occasions, whilst travelling south from Harrogate to Leeds. Quick flash of the rear fog light following the Potternewton Lane roundabout did nothing to ward him off. FedEx delivery van, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
Time of incident: approx. 6:35am, 15/04/2015.

Lady driving Vauxhall Antara, sat in the outside lane of the M4 (not overtaking anyone) looking down using her phone. Oblivious to the fact she's holding up the whole of the M4.

Red Kia, young driver didn't see the red light on the filter lane turning on to Donnington Bridge and drove straight through it. No harm done, but a bit more attention to the road would help.

Impatient driver in an X5 in Lancs.
Constant tailgating in an average speed zone. Drives down the middle of the road looking for the overtake despite my cruise control set at the limit.
At the lights I overtake traffic in the left lane & this guy clutches to my back end. Once we're past he then switches left & undertakes me before taking a right turn about 500 yards later.

Driving irresponsibly, and recklessly, with no regard to other peoples safety!
Witnessed an attempted over take on a solid white line which nearly resulted in a head on, and the driver had the cheek to give me an abusive hand signal when challenged, all captured on the onboard incident DVR device.
Research has shown that the vehicle was involved in a head on crash in Llanfair Caereinion of which I have visual evidence of as the incident wrote off a 4x4.
