Drives along watching tv in fact it was a cartoon film on the radio screen! Clearly looking at the screen as they crossed back and forth the centre line. Crazy!!

Speeding through 2020 highway zones and then tailgating the vehicle in front. Later tries to pass and once the road opens he accelerates aggressively putting strain on his vehicle to get ahead and did over 70 in a 50 zone.
His driving behaviour reflected that of a BAE worker suffering from Small Car Syndrome trying to make an impact.

Watched this driver intentionally go through a red light (they stopped, considered their options and then went) just to be greater by stand still traffic 100m later. Easily caught up to them and their dumb driving got them no where. Dumbass
