Parked on a private shared driveway in Winnersh, Berkshire for half an hour from approx 13:10 on Thursday 5th November with the engine running polluting the atmosphere. When challenged two men in the car claimed to be from Virgin Media, flashed a badge but impossible to tell if it was genuine, trouble shooting a problem; two men were using a laptop.
Sadly there seems to be no easy way to contact Virgin Media to check the validity of the claim that this car was a valid car for the company. The car had no markings to indicate that it could be a Virgin Media vehicle.
Likes to open his car door on to others and even when approached walked off! Completely arrogant and disrespectful. Hope you are treated with as much respect as you do others. And you need to learn how to park better. Jerk.
Ridiculous driving, pulling out when should be giving way on a roundabout almost causing a crash. What makes it worse was there was a child in the back standing up looking out the back window clearly with no seat belt on
Usual zigzag parker, but the passenger decided to confront me when I took the photo saying that it's illegal to take and infringes their privacy because it gives away their address (even though only the DVLA/Police can obtain that information) and that they can park wherever they want since they apparently have a blue badge. I hesitantly deleted the photo and apologised for doing nothing wrong, however Google had saved the photo for me in the cloud automatically. They denied doing anything wrong and do not know how to use a blue badge.
You can only use a blue badge in bays and single/double yellow lines for up to 3 hours, school KEEP CLEAR markings are not included as stated in the police link below.

Never seen driving like it, assume a stolen vehicle or drugs involved, that or he driver was trying to kill himself overtaking into keep left bollards. Take care!
