Someone was killed recently because a prick drove the same way THIS driver did, squeezing the cyclist into the curb. Same type of pinch-point. The rules are simple yet drivers like this think they can toss them aside..I think he should be banned before he kills.

Looks like a taxi driver. Should be rules to force a UK driving test before getting a taxi driver licence.
