Back injury? What caused that.. her raising her arse out the seat to look out the window? Stupid accusation, woman. Be more concerned with the cyclist being hit by a huge metal object you're sat in, the one protecting your front, BACK and sides.. easier to fix than someone's life!

What the hell !! Its getting worse out there. All the motorist needed to do was say sorry all over and done with but no, he just had to argue the point and not accept he was in the wrong. Playing the whiplash injury nonsense on a cyclist ? Whatever next.
