This guy must have been drunk, he was doing 18mph on a motorway exit I usually slow down to 60 for, then sees a sign for right lane closing so moves into the right lane. Total liability.

Jumped a queue of traffic by using a right-hand turn only Lane. Cutting in front of a car using the lanes properly. Would appear to be very impatient.

Ridiculous driving. as you can see tailgating extremely close and only has one break light working. Didn’t get him anywhere. Got caught it the same traffic 2 mins down the road. If you see this, please drive properly. Thanks.
