Complete half-wit overtook two learners. One the first occasion he aggressively overtook one learner in a merge and turn. On the second, with a more hesitant learner used the wrong lane on the roundabout to overtake as the learner was taking their exit causing them to have to perform an emergency stop. All of this got him nowhere however as we all caught up to hit at a set of traffic lights seconds later.

Blue NISSAN QASHQAI N-TEC + DCI CVT 2015
Parked in a disabled bay of a pub restaurant car park in the Lancaster area without displaying a blue badge.
Saw an elderly person who was disabled struggling along way across the car park having been denied this parking space due to the selfishness and laziness of the driver who parked here when he/she had no right to.
