Beware this Black taxi driver- I had called a black cab and when I saw this cab outside my house I gave him my name and asked if his name was that given to me by Hailo. He said yes to both and was acting very very strange, opened back door saying he needed to sort his card machine and was doing something on his phone while pointed directly at my 1 year old daughter .
When I received call from the real taxi I had ordered , I answered and he confirmed he was the correct driver I jumped out with my daughter and asked the guy why he said he said he was that other driver and why he said he was waiting for me he replies "oh my passenger will turn up" and then i saw him leave shortly after we drove off. DO NOT LIE TO PASSENGERS ABOUT YOUR NAME it was very scary and he was so odd I was very uncomfortable about my baby daughter . I do not expect that from black cab drivers.
Very aggressive driving nearly causing 2 accidents. Firstly, pulling out forcing traffic to slam on brakes to avoid an accident and secondly refusing to wait for a disabled person to board a minibus taxi. Beeping horn and moving round stationary traffic. Despite the fact that the traffic light was on red and there was nowhere to go! Scary driving. According to the driver she had been on an advanced driving course. Perhaps she was unaware that she was driving in the choked streets of a Lake District town, not Silverstone! Having to get to the M and S store was a poor reason for that behaviour. With a small child in the back too. Shameful.
Tailgated me thru a 30 limit in Houston he didn't want to stick to the speed limit. Continued to tailgate me in 60 limit until he eventually overtook me. He then continued to speed on the 60 limit.
At least twice a week someone does this here
