Middle aged Caucasian male driver of the bronze Renault with middle aged female passenger in NSF seat entering M1 southbound from J9, late afternoon summer 2017. Decides he has the right of way to enter the motorway and nearly crashes into a green Rolls Royce driving at approx 60 mph on lane 1. Renault then overtakes RR and continues in Lane 2. Speeding and not wearing helmet correctly
Yes the car should have given way/indicated/checked blind spot etc but had speed not been a factor then maybe the accident would have been avoided.
The rider is lucky he didn't break his neck with having the helmet not fastened properly,

Pathetic taxi driver tailgating me, put his lights on full beam and trying to overtake me. He had no customer in the car or else he wouldn’t have done what he did!
