Takes nine years to accelerate to two thirds the speed limit. Driving 40mph on a 60mph road for a couple mile creating a moving pile up of cars forced into a bottleneck junction, only adding/creating more morning traffic at 8:30am when me and others are trying to get to work. Then when I happen to get behind him, he has no rear number plate. I had to glance at his front one. Why are you on the road???
