This moron drove into our parked car and left it for us to find. When we returned to our car he came out and his excuse was 'he had to park there'. He was extremely rude and seemed angry we parked outside his house, despite the kerb not being dropped so our parking spot being totally fine. Watch out for this angry old man, it seems he takes out his bitterness on other people's cars...

17th August chucked a half drunk can of coke at pedestrians at the junction near the commandery in Worcester, then sped off, total lack of respect. Worcester don’t have a reporting system for littering, if they did he would have been reported.
