After tailgating within a foot or two at 50mph, in a speed limit controlled roadworks stretch, in which I could not move in as there was a car alongside, I flashed my brakes to get him to back-off. He sped around the car alongside pulled in front and slammed his brakes on so hard everyone had to swerve. Aggressive and dangerous - should not have a driving licence. A shame my car cam wasn't working at the time or I would have sent it in to the police.

Well, What do you expect, typical from that standard of imported scum driver, no idea how to drive never mind care about the law, they learnt how to drive in Bombay where everyone drives like this.
