Saw this person in the Barnehurst area and I seriously thought scared for my life, the young man with his loud music and hats on scared me and my friends. he looked at us with this dead stare with his mates in the car.
I couldn't see his face as was wear a snapback cap. Nice car looks a nice person but the boy thinks hes seriously something but hes not. needs to rain it in if im honest.

This guy drove along the Ashdown Forest road like a complete idiot overtaking undertaking and causing chaos for us all......
Eventually he managed to get by us a co op lorry x3 cars and a tractor and trailer on blind sweeping corner whilst sticking 2 fingers up at everyone!!!!
Complete and utter risk taker not considering other people's lives or his own:((

Should be arrested for dangerous driving
While I was crossing a street, the driver was barging towards me on a small street close to Tottenham Court road. He showed no sign of stopping. Kind of felt like a game of chicken. Afterwards he stopped and he started shouting at me.
This happened close to 9:00am on September 26th 2016.
