He toodles along at 20-25 (which was fine, by the way in a 20mph zone and I was happy to sit behind him) for about 1 mile and then when I took the outside right lane he all of a sudden sped up, presumably to stop me from cutting in. However I did this to turn right. What a pr*ck.

Wate of police time she clearly has no clue about the rules and laws of the road and she cearly doestn care for the safety of herm children when she was using her phone whliest driving. She then has the nerve to use the alone woman and child crap on the phone to the police. She needs to look up the laws on public photography and recording it will save her humiliation in the futur.
