Tailgating while I was overtaking a learner at 30 in a 30 zone. Attempted a high speed undertake as I was pulling back into the left lane, signalling left.
Eventually overtook on the correct side well in excess of the speed limit. We all ended up at the same red light, so this was a pointless exercise. Couldn't see the driver as there was a large piece of wood obscuring the front passenger window
MOT expired December 2020. Any idea how to report this? Let's get this dangerous driver off the road

Undercutting in the bus lane while driving at least double the speed limit. 30 yards later and he’s stuck in traffic, just 2 spaces ahead. I’m pretty sure your daddy didn’t buy you a pretentious white Mercedes so you could be 5m ahead at the traffic lights.
