So much ignorance on the roads. Don't overtake unless it's safe to do so. When overtaking, give as much room to a cyclist as you would a car. So many drivers simply do not understand the rules of the road and this guy is obviously one of them. Probably thinks he is a good driver.

The car is still there, and despite knocking on the front doors of most of the nearby homes we still cannot find out who the driver is.
