I dont know how a 2009 Car can have a ''Serck'' plate fitted to it, but really a very rare sight. (Serck is a very 80's style font which became obsolete by the time the prefix number plate rule was only down to 2 letters.)

Completely pushed out from a side road after only just pulling up and very nearly hit our car if we hadn’t stopped, lady has clearly no idea how to drive and zero patience!!
