Absolute maniac. Tailgated me for miles. The roads were icy and it was starting to snow. Obviously 45mph wasn't quick enough for him. Dangerously overtook me and tried to force me into the verge.
Luckily he got held up further into my journey so my wife was able to take this photo. Utter moron.
