This driver has just terrorised me driving down Bolton Road, Aspull, Wigan driving inches from my bumper. I was driving 30 miles per hour (speed limit) and was unable to travel faster as the car is fitted with a black box. He even beeped at me to get out of the way. Police have been informed.

Driver of this car pulled infront of lorry head on in a street with parked lorries on one side in which the lorry driver was trying to drive down around the parked lorries, this driver couldn't wait and started to drive towards the lorry meaning both car and lorry were stuck, driver of car got out started being abusive & tried to open lorries side curtain, once lorry was able to contuine down the road the car spun around overtook the lorry at est 50mph on a 30mph road and slammed breaks on infront of the fully loaded lorry,could of killed himself let alone other people. Again got out car saying lorry had hit him kept saying he was filming everything, lorry did not hit car
