No, problem is that cyclists think they own the road. They cycle in the middle of the road, which is dangerous for themselves and other road users, it causes so much disruption. That cyclist should have pulled over to let the car past, otherwise, I'm sorry but it's a d**k move. I would have gotten annoyed too, that woman handled it in the complete wrong manor, however I can see where she is coming from.
Travellng A51 through Duddon this morning, tailgating and overtaking in 30mph limit, overtaking dangerously and driving at speeds of 50mph+. Then to add to it all sounding the hirn at vehicles who were comlyng to the law in front of it as they were 'in the way'!
Needs to be sacked as theres no room for such people as so called professional drivers in goods vehicles.
I don't see why the cyclist couldn't have pulled over to let the car pass, and have avoided the whole incident. A bit of a cyclist passive rage going on? I would have let the car pass.
I would say the cyclist could have been kinder & moved over to allow the faster vehicle to pass.

The horn was not that bad the abused thrown by the woman was incorrect.
But I also think the cyclist could have really helped the situation.
This is the way drivers drive in Nigeria. They all knock each other off the road. They ALL drive MANUAL cars like DODGEM. This driver never have passed a Driving Test in the UK and is driving on a Nigerian licence assuming she has one at all.
