The driver of this car is a menace and a nuisance, all over the place, stalled it twice at the lights and had the window wipers on and it wasn't even raining!!

I've got to say I was utterly surprised that this woman wasn't either a driving instructor or a nun because she just seemed so Saint like.

I see this too. The driver does not deserve to have a licence. He is local and I have witnessed him doing exactly the same in his lil boy racer car that looks like it should never be fit to be on the roads.

You do know that just because you have your phone between your legs on the seat & you're playing around on it that pedestrians can see you doing this as you're driving along past Sainsbury's, Lancs. Doesn't make it any less illegal.
