This retarded driver was doing between 30 and 40 in a 50 zone in the A6 between Garstang and Galgate. It’s not as if there were bends or poor driving conditions but this happened when there was traffic coming the other way and there was no safe opportunity to overtake, whereas when the road was clear the other way he accelerated up to 50 to prevent others overtaking him.
This is typical of Small Car Driver Syndrome where the weakest link tries to be in control.
What hit the nail in the head was at the M6 J33 roundabout he didn’t move into one but was in the middle of both lanes (probably blocking was his intention), he pulled out without waiting dangerously close in front of an approaching car, and joined the M6 so it seems like this driver doesn’t know how to drive properly.
I have no idea what his motorway driving was like.
