After making a Official Police complaint in August, the driver has now received a Section 59 warning.

Reckless driver.
Slams on his brakes in the outside lane of the M3, to swerve into stationary traffic queuing for the A34, across the front of me, across the start of the solid lines/hash markings for the end of the slip road, forcing me to brake hard (emergency stop style) on the M3. Lucky there was nothing behind me.
Wish I could work out how to post videos on here.
