Nearly hit two kids on bikes. This car was speeding on walker avenue in bolton. Instead of slowing down at a pinch point, this car sped up, and nearly hit the kids, who were there before.

Speeder tailgating and overtaking on bends then headed towards Singleton at Windy Harbour and disappeared into the distance at excessive speed.

Pulls out of new build area at Galgate. As i'm behind him i can see through his rear window that his windscreen is totally iced & foggy. Driver must've barely been able to see a thing. Their windscreen wipers were constantly on even though it was nice and sunny with no rain - clearly trying to get rid of the mist on their screen, chucking up chunks of ice in the process.
Dangerous driver.
