Speeder and tailgater in the Poulton-le-Fylde area. Too impatient to wait for 50 zone but tailgates trying to make other driver go faster but eventually overtakes in the 30 zone. Impatient and no sense in doing what he did other than out of spite.

Private plate but the jury is out as to whether this was female or not. Probably one of them 'don't identify as male or female' types as couldn't really tell what the fuck it was.
What was clear is that this dickhead needs to stop racing up the arse of the car in front and then backing off & repeating. Turns off towards Lancs Uni on A6 at the traffic lights.
