Pulls out of new build area at Galgate. As i'm behind him i can see through his rear window that his windscreen is totally iced & foggy. Driver must've barely been able to see a thing. Their windscreen wipers were constantly on even though it was nice and sunny with no rain - clearly trying to get rid of the mist on their screen, chucking up chunks of ice in the process.
Dangerous driver.

Ford Fiesta, Dark Grey, ST Line. Drives with total disregard for other road users. Only an absolute idiot overtakes at a busy junction turning right especially when in the wrong lane and in to a single lane of traffic. Only a matter of time before the driver has a serious accident.

Male driver parked up texting away on his phone while a toddler crawls all over the car, pressing all sorts while the engine is running. Dad seems completely oblivious to the fact full beams are dazzling oncoming cars, indicators are on and off constantly. Indicating to pull out into the road so other cars wait and flash for him to go, but of course he doesn’t even notice because it’s the child that’s put the indicators on and he’s paying no attention. Oh and now the child’s head is hanging out of the passenger window while cars pass by very closely.
