Cut me up on a roundabout trying to join motorway nearly crashed into me had to break harsh, needs to have driving licences taken off him!!

Overtaking when not necasssry as cars driving at speed limit. Going in wrong lane at traffic lights just to overtake & at a filter light, which means basically running a red light.
