The man driving MD65 YOT- Volkswagen Passat Se Tdi Bluemotion Tech Diesel in White, Engine1968cc, Year 2016 Registered in Manchester. On 27/06/2017 at approx 9.00am on the M56/ M6 Junction he was tailgating me at 70mph in terrible weather when I had a car in front of me and was unable to go anywhere. He then almost stopped on the motorway after sounding his horn before steering around a lorry and back into the junction so that he would remain in front- with one brake light working on his car. I ended up behind him in a traffic jam and he can be seen in the video summoning me to pull onto the hard shoulder probably to fight him. I maneuvered around him as who would want to be behind such a dangerous driver. Here is the video-
