Cant drive. Sits at 55mph on an empty motorway, i overtook him 4 times, everytime he overtook me then slowed down infront of me.

Hazardous taxi driver.
Garstang crossroads, light on red.
As they turn green this guy pulls away but drifts over in to the oncoming traffic lane & has to swerve back in to his own lane late on so as to avoid the oncoming traffic.
